Netflix\u2019s Backot is focused on Netflix\u2019s needs. Oxo OTT takes the ideal approach in order to complete the full set of data that your NPFP company needs to measure and charge to your clients for each job<\/p>\n

OXO OTT integrates Backlot\u2019s functions with other set of data that your Company needs as an NPFP.\u00a0(I.E, runtime, the internal flow details, communicaction between your employees and third parties, plus comments from Backlot with the content specialist).<\/p>\n

That way, the sharing and completion of all the data necessary to conduct your tasks in both enviroments is easily reflected by two different panels: one for the request status of Netflix\u2019s Backlot and another one for the asset status inside your internal flow.<\/p>\n

Manage employees & Third parties<\/h5>\n

Just as on the new Backlot, you can control your employees, free lancers and third parties through OXO OTT. You simply need to select the assets that they will need to work on, look for the \u201cShare\u201d option on the right click menu and pick your vendors from a list of users. The same steps can be followed to share assets inside of your own company, or the admin of each group can manage the employees\u2019 accounts so they have new jobs automatically assigned to them.<\/p>\n

Manage multiple assets tasks by Request ID \u00a0and Package ID<\/h5>\n

All kind of files, as AV muxed, timed text and audio can be processed as standard packages or IMF. Assets are listed, related and marked with a colored flag status that is\u00a0showed as part of a flow, where different users have exclusive permission to open\/edit only the right version of the file assigned under certain status condition. Each time an operator puts an eye or picks an asset, the Netflix Request ID and all the related metadata is the compass that your team will share along all the flow of a project. Your team will take, complete and verify tasks under a strong method that minimize human errors. \u00a0By performing a simple search on OXO OTT, you can filter your assets and work on each project, allowing to track the progress for each package, make reports and eventually, close the project with an invoice for all your NPFP services.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Backlot API integration<\/h4>\n

  1. Once an assignment appears<\/strong> on Netflix\u2019s Backlot, it is reflected in OXO OTT as a gray asset<\/strong><\/span> that needs your attention.<\/li>\n
  2. It will automatically turn yellow<\/strong><\/span> once you have the necessary content and are ready to start<\/strong> the job.<\/li>\n
  3. When an operator finalizes<\/strong> the task, flags the asset with a change to green<\/strong><\/span>,<\/li>\n
  4. once the next step in the flow aprobes<\/strong> the deliverable, the asset is marked\u00a0heavenly light blue\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. If the deliverable is rejected<\/strong> it will be marked in red<\/strong><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Each one of this status change event can be used to automatically share assets with other users or locations, and set view\/edit permissions.<\/p>\n

    Only light blue\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>assets are allowed to be delivered to other servers, meanwhile inside OTT all the metadata values is freezed.<\/p>\n

    The rejected assets are tracked in a way that can reflect the Redelivery Request from Netflix backlot and also your own internal rejections. \u00a0Allowing to feed a metric performance system and view the historial of causes of fails and the involved resources on one asset life cicle.<\/p>\n
